Sri Lankan Aviation Group Pty Ltd (SLAGPL) was incorporated in 2012 for the purpose of representing Airlines in the territory of Australia and New Zealand

In 2012 the company bid successfully for the General Sales Agency (Passenger) of SriLankan Airlines in Australia and New Zealand and have been their GSA since then.

Sri Lankan Aviation Group Pty Ltd has a Call Center in Colombo, Sri Lanka known as North American Aviation Group Inc. and it is here that majority of the airline ticketing & reservations, customer service, dealing with passenger inquiries/advice on air fares, replying to online fare quotation requests, ticket refunds etc. take place.



We promote “SriLankan Airlines and Sri Lanka as a destination” in Australia and New Zealand via sales calls and tour packages to Sri Lanka. In addition, North American Aviation Group Inc. provides back office operations for Sri Lankan Aviation Group Pty Ltd. by providing administration, handling of monthly accounts, finances, and human resources of the company.

The company is managed by a team of professionals in the Transportation Sphere, specializing in Airline Marketing and effective GSA Management with over 50 years of collective Airline Marketing experience and are instrumental in positioning Sri Lankan Aviation Group Pty Ltd. as a very professionally run Airline GSA.

Our strength is our ability to represent SriLankan Airlines on a dedicated basis, to the extent that the customer feels that he/she is dealing with the airline direct.

SLT launched a very successful campaign in April 2000 to market SriLankan Airlines nationwide. Since then, the operation has grown in such strength to an extent our Principal, SriLankan Airlines considers the USA an on-line station for marketing purposes even though it is not so operationally.
